Diversity Initiatives

NAIFA has always been committed to fostering diversity among its members and their clients, to be representative of the millions of Main Street Americans in our great nation.  Our Diversity Initiatives program is designed to promote the acceptance and inclusion of all people, regardless of their characteristics, into the financial services profession.  We also want to foster access for all consumers to our vital products and services, promoting financial security.  The volunteer members of NAIFA who participate in our Diversity Initiatives provide guidance, advice, and input on how we can fully realize our strategic objectives in a way that honors the unique qualities of every member and those they serve.
